TASTING NOTES :

This wine takes on a lovely, shiny deep red garb with purple-blue tints. The ripe black fruit aromas that intermingle with enchanting spicy and floral notes delight the nose. On the palate, harmony is the key, with blackcurrant and spicy notes at the fore in the round and supple mouthfeel. This wine ends pleasurably, with ripe and silky tannins accompanied by a touch of pepperyness

VINIFICATION : This is a rosé by direct pressing. The harvest after possible crushing, is pressed several times in a press, less colorful and less tannic, to develop a rosé wine.

CONDITIONNEMENT : A type "bourguignonne" bottle of 750ml (packed in carton of 12 bottles)
COMMENTAIRES : The robe is deep pink with a few orangey tints. The expressive nose is dominantly red fruit but is backed up by litchi and rose The palate is round, tart and lip-smacking with a hint of citrusy bitterness at the end.

Pale yellow with green glints, this truly elegant and refined wine is bursting with floral and dried fruit aromas and flavours. The palate combines fleshiness with warmth and silkiness and brings you a combination of citrus and a touch of anis. Enjoyable both during and before a meal as an aperitif.
